Objection Date definition

Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Objection Date means the date by which objections to the settlement from Settlement Class Members must be filed with the Clerk of Court to be effective and timely.

  • Each Settlement Class Member desiring to object to the Settlement Agreement shall submit a timely written notice of his or her objection by the Objection Date, as defined in Section 3.15.


More Definitions of Objection Date

Objection Date means the date agreed upon by the Parties or otherwise ordered by the Court by which Class Members must submit any objection to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.
