Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.
Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
Bid cum Application Form means the Anchor Investor Application Form or the ASBA Form, as the context requires;
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means a written notice to the Lenders from the Administrative Agent with respect to a Competitive Bid Quote Request in the form attached as Exhibit C-2 hereto.
Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
