Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.
Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
the staff means all the staff who have a contract of employment with the institution;
Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;
Direct care staff means a facility employee whose primary responsibility is to provide personal care services to residents. These personal care services may include:
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Administrative Staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;
member of staff means a person appointed to or holding a paid office or employment under the authority; and
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
certifying staff means personnel responsible for the release of an aircraft or a component after maintenance;
