IP Manager definition

IP Manager means Azul Linhas in its capacity as the manager under the Management Agreement.
IP Manager means Delta (or any of its affiliates to the extent a permitted successor or assign) in its capacity as IP Manager under the IP Management Agreement, or any Successor Manager (as such term is defined under the IP Management Agreement).
