Irish Examinership Proceedings definition

Irish Examinership Proceedings means the examinership process under the Companies Act 2014 of Ireland (as amended) with respect to, and commenced by, Weatherford Parent.
Irish Examinership Proceedings means the examinership proceedings to be commenced by the directors of the Parent in respect of the Parent, pursuant to and in accordance with the requirements of Part 10 of the Companies Act 2014 of Ireland.
