Irish Reportable Account definition

Irish Reportable Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting U.S. Financial Institution if: (i) in the case of a Depository Account, the account is held by an individual resident in Ireland and more than $10 of interest is paid to such account in any given calendar year; or (ii) in the case of a Financial Account other than a Depository Account, the Account Holder is a resident of Ireland, including entities that certify that they are resident in Ireland for tax purposes, with respect to which U.S. source income that is subject to reporting under chapter 3 or chapter 61 of subtitle A of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code is paid or credited.
Irish Reportable Account means a Financial Account that is maintained by a Singaporean Reporting Financial Institution and held by one or more Irish Persons that are Reportable Persons or by a Passive Non- Financial Entity with one or more Controlling Persons that is an Irish Reportable Person.

  • For purposes of the exchange obligation in Article 2, the amount and characterization of payments made with respect to a U.S. Reportable Account may be determined in accordance with the principles of the tax laws of Ireland, and the amount and characterization of payments made with respect to an Irish Reportable Account may be determined in accordance with principles of U.S. federal income tax law.

  • Notwithstanding paragraph 3, the information to be exchanged with respect to the year 2017 is the information described in paragraph 2 of Section 2, except, in the case of Singapore, for gross proceeds described in subparagraph 2(e)(2) of Section 2 for each Irish Reportable Account, which is to be exchanged with respect to 2018 and all subsequent years.

  • U.S. Reportable Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution and held by one or more Specified U.S. Persons or by a Non-U.S. Entity with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Specified U.S. Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an account shall not be treated as a U.S. Reportable Account if such account is not identified as a U.S. Reportable Account after application of the due diligence procedures in Annex I.

  • Reportable Account The term “Reportable Account” means an account held by one or more Reportable Persons or by a Passive NFE with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Reportable Person.

  • Certificate Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior thereto.

  • Eligible Account Any of (i) an account or accounts maintained with a federal or state chartered depository institution or trust company the short-term unsecured debt obligations of which (or, in the case of a depository institution or trust company that is the principal subsidiary of a holding company, the debt obligations of such holding company) have the highest short-term ratings of each Rating Agency at the time any amounts are held on deposit therein, or (ii) an account or accounts in a depository institution or trust company in which such accounts are insured by the FDIC or the SAIF (to the limits established by the FDIC or the SAIF, as applicable) and the uninsured deposits in which accounts are otherwise secured such that, as evidenced by an Opinion of Counsel delivered to the Trustee and to each Rating Agency, the Certificateholders have a claim with respect to the funds in such account or a perfected first priority security interest against any collateral (which shall be limited to Permitted Investments) securing such funds that is superior to claims of any other depositors or creditors of the depository institution or trust company in which such account is maintained, or (iii) a trust account or accounts maintained with (a) the trust department of a federal or state chartered depository institution or (b) a trust company, acting in its fiduciary capacity or (iv) any other account acceptable to each Rating Agency. Eligible Accounts may bear interest, and may include, if otherwise qualified under this definition, accounts maintained with the Trustee.

  • ABLE account or "account" means an account established

  • Applicable Account means, with respect to any payment to be made to the Administrative Agent hereunder, the account specified by the Administrative Agent from time to time for the purpose of receiving payments of such type.

  • Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.

  • Agent Account means such account of the Administrative Agent as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and the Lenders for such purpose.

  • Compliance account means a NOx allowance tracking system account, established by the U.S. EPA for a NOx budget unit under section 10 of this rule, in which the NOx allowance allocations for the unit are initially recorded and in which are held NOx allowances available for use by the unit for an ozone control period for the purpose of meeting the unit’s NOx budget emissions limitation.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • Reportable Security means a security as defined under section 202(a)(18) of the Advisers Act held for the direct or indirect benefit of an Access Person, including any note, stock, treasury stock, security future, bond, debenture, evidence of indebtedness, certificate of interest or participation in any profit-sharing agreement, collateral-trust certificate, preorganization certificate or subscription, transferable share, investment contract, voting-trust certificate, certificate of deposit for a security, fractional undivided interest in oil, gas, or other mineral rights, any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege on any security (including a certificate of deposit) or on any group or index of securities (including any interest therein or based on the value thereof), or any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege entered into on a national securities exchange relating to foreign currency, or, in general, any interest or instrument commonly known as a “security”, or any certificate of interest or participation in, temporary or interim certificate for, receipt for, guaranty of, or warrant or right to subscribe to or purchase any of the foregoing. Also included in this definition are open-end mutual funds (except as noted below) and exchange traded funds. Excluded from this definition are:

  • Reserve Account Deficiency shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Spread Account Deficiency means the excess, if any, of the Required Spread Account Amount over the Available Spread Account Amount.
