Irrigation Water definition

Irrigation Water means the use of Project Water to irrigate lands 120 primarily for the production of commercial agricultural crops or livestock, and domestic and 121 other uses that are incidental thereto;
Irrigation Water means piped and/or metered water supplied for general irrigation purposes;
Irrigation Water means water which is put on to or retained on land in an irrigation area by means of irrigation works and includes water reaching such land as rainfall;

  • GOCSI agrees to provide Irrigation Water to the Club and the Club agTees to accept Irrigation WateT to the extent of the Club's needs as determined by the Club from time to time, subject to limitations that may be imposed on by SFWMD as to when GOCSI may pump from project canals based on the elevation of water in the canals and limitations that may be imposed as to when the Irrigation Water may be used (the "Limitations").

  • GOCSI agrees to comply with such rules and the requirements of applicable licenses and permits and the Club agrees to comply with such rules and requirements of applicable licenses and permits related to use of Irrigation Water.

  • Since GOCSI's distribution of Reuse Water is not separately metered, the Club's usage will be determined each quarter by multiplying total Reuse Water purchased by GOCSI times the product obtained by dividing the gallons of Irrigation Water used by the Club in the quarter by the total gallons of Irrigation Water distributed.
