Irrigators’ Association definition

Irrigators’ Association and “IA” mean an association of farmers who jointly own and operate a communal irrigation system or who share the use of a portion of a national irrigation system, registered with the Borrower's Security and Exchange Commission in accordance with Batas Pambansa Blg. 68, otherwise known as the Corporation Code of the Philippines, as the same may be amended from time to time; and "IAs" means, collectively, Irrigators' Associations;
Irrigators’ Association means an association of farmers in an irrigation system, registered in accordance with Presidential Decrees No. 681 and 1595 of the Borrower, as amended to the date of this Agreement;

  • Homeowners association or “HOA” or “POA” – shall mean an entity or entities, including its/their employees and agents, which may have jurisdiction over lands located within the District, either now or in the future, which may exist to aid in the enforcement of deed restrictions and covenants applicable to lands within the District.

  • Member Association means any national football association affiliated to FIFA, irrespective of whether its representative team is participating in the Competition.

Cities, counties and states have varying housing codes that further define housing deemed substandard by law.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Coasting has the meaning given by regulations under subsection (3) of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to a school to which that section applies.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Firearm trade association means any person, corporation, unincorporated association, federation, business league, or business organization that:

  • Cosmetology means the art or practice of embellishment, cleansing, beautification, and styling of hair, wigs, postiches, face, body, or nails.

  • Wildlife habitat means a surface water of the state used by plants and animals not considered as pathogens, vectors for pathogens or intermediate hosts for pathogens for humans or domesticated livestock and plants.

  • Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
