Examples of ISC Common Stock in a sentence

  • All of the issued and outstanding shares of ISC Common Stock have been duly authorized and validly issued, are fully paid and nonassessable and are owned of record and beneficially by the Shareholders free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims of every kind.

  • Neither the voting stock structure of ISC nor the relative ownership of ISC Common Stock has been altered or changed in contemplation of this Agreement.
