ISC Common Stock definition

ISC Common Stock has the same meaning as the termCompany Common Stock” in the ISC Merger Agreement.
ISC Common Stock means the Common Stock, $.01 par value per share, of ISC.
ISC Common Stock has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • All of the issued and outstanding shares of ISC Common Stock have been duly authorized and validly issued, are fully paid and nonassessable and are owned of record and beneficially by the Shareholders free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims of every kind.

  • Fully-Diluted Common Stock means the aggregate of all outstanding Common Stock as of the date hereof, plus all shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise or conversion of securities exercisable for, or convertible into, shares of Common Stock of the Company which securities are outstanding or issuable as of the date hereof.
