Issuer Available Revenue Receipts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Available Revenue Receipts, the Second Issuer Available Revenue Receipts, and the Third Issuer Available Revenue Receipts respectively, and in relation to any New Issuer, the Current Issuer Available Revenue Receipts as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule relating to that New Issuer;
Issuer Available Revenue Receipts means, in relation to: (a) the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Available Revenue Receipts, the Second Issuer Available Revenue Receipts, and the Third Issuer Available Revenue Receipts respectively; (b) any other Funding Issuer, the Current Issuer Available Revenue Receipts; and (c) any Funding 2 Issuer, the Issuer Available Revenue Receipts as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule;
Issuer Available Revenue Receipts means for the Issuing Entity, in respect of any Monthly Payment Period, an amount calculated by the Issuer Cash Manager on the Distribution Date immediately preceding such Monthly Payment Period equal to the sum of:

  • The Current Issuer Cash Manager shall thereafter record as a debit on the Current Issuer Revenue Ledger the application by the Current Issuer of any excess Current Issuer Available Revenue Receipts to extinguish any balance on a Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Sub Ledger.

  • Available Revenues means all monies on deposit from time to time (including investment earnings thereon) in (a) the PILOTS Account; and (b) subject to annual appropriation, the EATS Account that have been appropriated to the repayment of TIF Notes, excluding (i) any amount paid under protest until the protest is withdrawn or resolved against the taxpayer or (ii) any sum received by the City which is the subject of a suit or other claim communicated to the City which suit or claim challenges the collection of such sum.

  • Cash Flow Available for Debt Service for any period, means (i) Cash Flow received during such period minus (ii) (A) all O&M Costs paid during such period and (B) if an Equity Cure has been made in any fiscal quarter during the period for which Cash Flow Available for Debt Service is calculated, the lesser of the aggregate amount of (x) such Equity Cure during such period and (y) the aggregate amount of cash distributions paid by the Company during such period.

  • Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.

  • Available Income means the Up-MACRO Available Income or the Down-MACRO Available Income, as applicable.

  • Operating Revenue Cash Flows means the Company’s cash flow from ownership and/or operation of (i) Properties, (ii) Loans, (iii) Permitted Investments, (iv) short-term investments, and (v) interests in Properties, Loans and Permitted Investments owned by any Joint Venture or any partnership in which the Company or the Partnership is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.02(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).

  • Available Balance means, in relation to any Account, the aggregate of: (i) the balance in such Account in your favour of immediately available and freely transferable funds; and (ii) where we have granted you an overdraft facility or line of credit in respect of such Account, the limit of such overdraft facility or line of credit notified by us to you less the total amount payable by you to us with respect to such overdraft facility or line of credit.
