Funding Issuer definition

Funding Issuer means a wholly-owned subsidiary of Funding, which is established to issue Notes and to make a Funding Intercompany Loan to Funding;
Funding Issuer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.27 hereof.

  • Any amount payable as a contribution under this Indenture shall be determined as of the date on which the related payment is made by a Funding Issuer.
