Issuer Trust definition

Issuer Trust has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Guarantee Agreement.

Issuer Trust means the Delaware business trust known as "Colonial Capital II", which was created on February 14, 1997, under the Delaware Business Trust Act pursuant to the Original Trust Agreement and is continued pursuant to this Trust Agreement.
