ITB Authority definition

ITB Authority means the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development or any other person designated by that Minister to act on the Minister's behalf. The ITB Authority is responsible for evaluating, accepting, monitoring, verifying and crediting ITB, and for assessing the Contractor's ITB performance under this Contract;

  • The ITB Authority will hold overall responsibility for ensuring that the members of the evaluation team carry out their responsibilities.
