Antitrust Authority definition

Antitrust Authority means any applicable Governmental Authority exercising authority with respect to any Antitrust Laws.
Antitrust Authority means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Antitrust Authority means any Governmental Authority charged with enforcing, applying, administering or investigating any Antitrust Laws, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, any attorney general of any state of the United States, the European Commission or any other competition authority of any jurisdiction.

  • All waiting periods imposed by any Governmental Entity or Antitrust Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have terminated or expired and all authorizations, approvals, consents or clearances under the Antitrust Laws or otherwise required by any Governmental Entity in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been obtained or filed.

Antitrust Authority means the United States Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the attorneys general of the several states of the United States and any other governmental entity having jurisdiction pursuant to the Antitrust Laws.
