Correspondence means written and electronic communication exchanged between two or more parties;
System of records means a group of any records under the control of any agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual.
Police Department means the Police Department of the City and County of San Francisco.
Plan of correction means a home health agency’s written response to findings of regulatory non- compliance. Plans must adhere to the format specified by the licensing agency, must include acceptable timeframes in which deficiencies will be corrected and must be approved by the licensing agency.
System of records on individuals, as used in this clause, means a group of any records under the control of any agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual.
SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.
Compliance Department means the Chief Compliance Officer of Federated and those other individuals designated by him or her as responsible for implementing this Code and the Associated Procedures.
Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein; (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein, and (iii) the Company’s public reports for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the period ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the FRB as required by regulations of the FRB.
Operation of a System of Records means performance of any of the activities associated with maintaining the SOR, including the collection, use, maintenance, and dissemination of records.
Consumer reporting agency means any person which, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages, in whole or in part, in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, and which uses any means or facility for the purpose of preparing or furnishing consumer reports.
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls
Fire Department means an organized fire department as that term is defined in section 1 of the fire prevention code, 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1.
Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.
Accessible Letter(s) means the correspondence used to communicate pertinent information regarding AT&T- 21STATE to the CLEC community and is (are) provided via posting to the AT&T CLEC Online website.
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.
Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 85 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020.
Public utilities means those utilities defined in sections 4905.02, 4905.03, 4907.02, and 4907.03 of the Revised Code; in the case of a foreign corporation, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of its domicile; and in the case of any other foreign issuer, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of the situs of its principal place of business. The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.
Floodplain Management Regulations means this ordinance and other zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, building codes, health regulations, special purpose ordinances, and other applications of police power. This term describes federal, state or local regulations, in any combination thereof, which provide standards for preventing and reducing flood loss and damage.
Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);
Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;
Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority, including all INDs and NDAs.
