  • If either party is notified or otherwise becomes aware that Licensee’s activities may constitute a material breach of the Japan Tobacco Agreement, it shall promptly notify the other party.

  • Licensee agrees not to use Japan Tobacco’s name, logo or trademarks for any purpose except with the prior written consent of Japan Tobacco, except as provided for under Section 11.2.
