JBE Contractors definition

JBE Contractors means the agents, subcontractors and other representatives of the Judicial Branch Entities, other than Contractor and Subcontractors.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the JBE shall have the right to perform or contract with a Third Party to provide any services or goods within or outside the scope of the Work, including services to augment or supplement the Work or to interface with the IT Infrastructure of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors.

  • Contractor and Subcontractors in the performance of this Agreement shall act in an independent capacity and not as officers or employees or agents of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors.

  • Contractor shall provide to the Judicial Branch Entities and JBE Contractors, on Contractor’s premises (or, if the audit is being performed of an Subcontractor, Subcontractor’s premises if necessary), space, office furnishings (including lockable cabinets), telephone and facsimile services, utilities and office‑related equipment and duplicating services as the Judicial Branch Entities or such JBE Contractors may reasonably require to perform the audits described in this Section.

  • The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, JBE Contractors may exercise the foregoing license rights granted to the Judicial Branch Entities for the benefit of the Judicial Branch Entities.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.

  • Contractor Group means the Contractor, its subcontractors of any tier, its and their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees (including agency personnel);

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.
