JDCC System definition

JDCC System means the technology system used by the Seller comprised of proprietary and third party software, hardware and other related technology materials that permit the origination of electronic contracts entered into in connection with the sale of equipment and evidenced by a record or records consisting of information stored in an electronic medium and maintained in such system.
