Joinder Party definition

Joinder Party means the Persons, if any, executing the Joinder hereto.
Joinder Party means any Entity that becomes a Party to this Agreement by executing a Joinder pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Joinder Party shall have the meaning specific in Section 6.18.

More Definitions of Joinder Party

Joinder Party means a Person, other than FR Holdings and SunEdison, who makes a Capital Commitment pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or Section 2.6 and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement pursuant to executing a Joinder Agreement.
