In respect of all other interests, the Chair has the right to decide whether a Joint Committee Member declaring an interest can observe the meeting and not contribute or should be asked to leave.
Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the General Partner and Holdco from selecting an existing Joint Committee Member to succeed himself or herself.
