Joint Committee Member definition

Joint Committee Member means a person appointed to the Joint Committee by a Partner Authority in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of the Constitution;
Joint Committee Member means the nominated representative of a Party who is a member of the Joint Committee, in accordance with the terms of reference set out in Schedule 3;
Joint Committee Member. “Joint Committee Member” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection 6.4(a).

  • In respect of all other interests, the Chair has the right to decide whether a Joint Committee Member declaring an interest can observe the meeting and not contribute or should be asked to leave.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the General Partner and Holdco from selecting an existing Joint Committee Member to succeed himself or herself.

  • In these circumstances, the Joint Committee Chair and the Chief Ambulance Services Commissioner, supported by the Committee Secretary, may deal with the matter on behalf of the Joint Committee - after first consulting with at least one other Joint Committee Member.
