Joint Development Authority definition

Joint Development Authority or “JDA” means the Joint Development Authority established by Part Three of the Treaty.
Joint Development Authority means the authority described and established as a joint development authority under the Treaty and for purposes thereof.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Investment authority means the responsibility conferred by action of law or a provision of an appropriate governing instrument to make, select or change investments, review investment decisions made by others, or to provide investment advice or counsel to others;
