Joint Signature FCI definition

Joint Signature FCI a Bilateral Joint Signature FCI or a Participation Joint Signature FCI.
Joint Signature FCI means an FCI issued by two (2) or more FCI Issuing Lenders acting as several debtors in accordance with Section 2.6(k).

  • The Joint Foreign Trade Facility Agent shall be responsible for coordinating the Joint FCI Issuing Lenders and shall represent the Joint FCI Issuing Lenders vis-à-vis the beneficiary, and the Joint Foreign Trade Facility Agent shall be responsible for processing the Joint Signature FCI.

  • Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with the provisions of section 3;
