JSE Debt Listings Requirements definition

JSE Debt Listings Requirements means the debt listing requirements of the JSE, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
JSE Debt Listings Requirements means all listings requirements promulgated by theJSE from time to time for the Interest Rate Market of the JSE;

  • Such early redemption date will be announced on SENS in accordance with the timetable set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 4, Form A4 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements.

  • The directors of the Issuer confirm that they have no adverse findings, infringements or declarations to make in terms of paragraphs 4.10(b)(ii) – (xii) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements.


More Definitions of JSE Debt Listings Requirements

JSE Debt Listings Requirements means the JSE Debt Listings Requirements published by the JSE and set out in Bulletin 1 of 2015 (8 June 2015) effective 4 August 2015, as amended and/or supplemented from time to time;

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;
