June 2020 Notes Obligations means the Obligations of the Company and the Guarantors under the June 2020 Notes Indenture, the June 2020 Notes and the other June 2020 Notes Documents, to pay principal of, premium, if any, and interest when due and payable, and all other amounts due or to become due under or in connection with the June 2020 Notes Indenture, the June 2020 Notes and the performance of all other obligations under the June 2020 Notes Indenture, the June 2020 Notes and the other June 2020 Notes Documents, according to the respective terms thereof.
