Any First Lien Intercreditor Agreement or Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement entered into by the Collateral Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall be binding on the Secured Parties.
The Intercreditor Agreements define the relative rights, as lienholders, of holders of ABL Obligations, Junior Lien Obligations and First Lien Obligations.
