Junior Preferred Unit definition

Junior Preferred Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Member Interests of the Members and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Junior Preferred Units in this Agreement.
Junior Preferred Unit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Junior Preferred Unit shall represent an interest in the Company, shall be designated as a Junior Preferred Unit of the Company, shall be non-voting, and shall be entitled to the distributions provided for in Article 7. Each Junior Preferred Unit shall accrue the Junior Preferred Yield for so long as such Junior Preferred Unit is outstanding.
