Junk Car definition

Junk Car means any motor vehicle which does not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or building. Junk Car shall also include any vehicle from which there has been removed the engine, transmission or differential or which is otherwise partially dismantled or inoperable and left on public premises or which has been left unattended for more than (30) days on private premises in a location visible from public premises and/or private premises at ground level.
Junk Car means any vehicle which is not in operable condition, or which is partially dismantled, or which is used for the sale of parts or as a source of repair or replacement parts for other vehicles, or which is kept for scrapping, dismantling or salvage of any kind or which is not properly licensed for operation within the State of Minnesota or by the State of Minnesota, unless special permission has been granted by the Council.
Junk Car means a used car not placed in a safe operating condition for use on the highway within thirty (30) days after it has become unsafe for use on the highway.

Junk Car. , (Disabled Vehicle) means any type of motor vehicle that meets any one of the following criteria:
Junk Car means any motor vehicle which: i) does not bear a currently valid license plate and is not kept in a garage or Building or ii) which is apparently inoperable and suffering from extensive damage.
Junk Car means any motor vehicle which is not in operable condition, partially dismantled, used for repair of parts or as a source of repair or replacement parts for other vehicles, kept for scrapping, dismantling or salvage of any kind, or which is not properly licensed for operation within the State of Minnesota.
Junk Car means any car which is unregistered and is also not operative and may be made operative only by the expenditure of a sum of money which would exceed the fair market value of such car after being made operative. “Junk Car” shall specifically exclude any truck bodies without wheels or chases used for storage purposes.
Junk Car means any automobile or motor vehicle manufactured for transportation which is incapable of being self-propelled upon the public streets or which does not meet the requirements for operation upon the public streets, including current licenses and registration.
