Disabled vehicle definition

Disabled vehicle means any vehicle temporarily incapable of movement.
Disabled vehicle means any motor vehicle which is unable to operate under its own power.

Disabled vehicle means any vehicle, as vehicle is defined in s. 316.003(95), F.S., which is not operable under its own motive power.
Disabled vehicle means a motor vehicle, as defined by Indiana Code § 9-13-2-105, (excluding semitrailers and motor vehicles designed to haul semitrailers), that has been damaged or rendered permanently or temporarily inoperative as a result of a collision or accident, wear and tear, mechanical failure or any other cause, for which a law enforcement agency has requested removal.
