Disabled vehicle definition

Disabled vehicle means any vehicle temporarily incapable of movement.
Disabled vehicle means any motor vehicle which is unable to operate under its own power.

Disabled vehicle means a motor vehicle which is temporarily or permanently inoperative as a result of a collision or accident, as a result of wear and tear or mechanical failure, or as a result of any other cause, and for which the Department has requested the removal.
