A juridical person of a Party shall not be treated as an investor of the other Party, but any investments in that juridical person by investors of that other Party shall be protected by this Article.
CSS) means natural persons employed by a juridical person of a Party which has no establishment in the territory of another Party and which has concluded a bona fide contract to supply services with a consumer in that other Party requiring the presence on a temporary basis of its employees in that Party in order to fulfil the contract to provide services.
