EEA State means a State which is a Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement;
Receiving state means the state to which a child of a military family is sent, brought, or caused to be sent or brought.
Lead State means the State conducting this cooperative solicitation and centrally administering any resulting master price agreement.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Foreign state means a jurisdiction other than the United States, a state, or a federally recognized Indian tribe.
Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
Governing State has the meaning set forth is Section 10.3 hereof.
Participating State means a state that has executed a Participating Addendum or has indicated an intent to execute a Participating Addendum.

CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Originating state means a state (and the subdivision thereof, if any) whose determination that certain educational personnel are qualified to be employed for specific duties in schools is acceptable in accordance with the terms of a contract made pursuant to article 3.
State department means the state department of human services.
Host state means a state, other than the home state of a bank, in which the bank maintains, or seeks to establish and maintain a branch.
Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.
Agreement State means any State with which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission has entered into an effective agreement under subsection 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (73 Stat. 689).
