Kansas business means any for profit or not for profit business owned by an individual, any partnership, association or corporation domiciled in Kansas, or any corporation, even if a wholly owned subsidiary of a foreign corporation, that does business primarily in Kansas or does substantially all of such businesses’ production in Kansas. For purposes of this Act, “primarily” shall mean more than fifty percent and “substantially all” shall mean more than eighty percent. Commercial domicile is as defined in K.S.A. 79-3271, and amendments thereto.
