KCS Business definition

KCS Business means the consolidated business and operations of KCS and its Subsidiaries in the manner in which the same have been conducted prior to the date hereof, are currently being conducted and are currently proposed by KCS and its Subsidiaries to be conducted, whether conducted by KCS or any of its Subsidiaries.
