KERP Participants definition

KERP Participants means the employees of the CMI Entities that have been granted KERPs in the Initial Order.
KERP Participants means any directors or employees of a Debtor included in any of the KERP plans.

  • The notice of exercise of the IWC Option once served shall be irrevocable and binding on the IWC Group and may not be withdrawn without the prior written consent of Asia Pacific.
