Key Warranties definition

Key Warranties means the Warranties in paragraphs 1 (The Seller), 2 (The Shares and the Group Companies), 4 (Interests in other companies) and 5 (Insolvency) of schedule 2;
Key Warranties means those statements contained in paragraphs 1, 3, 6.1, 6.2, 14.1, 14.2 and 20.4 of Schedule 2;
Key Warranties means the warranties in paragraphs 3, 6, 8.1, 8.2, 8.4, 11.2 and 12.2;

  • This quantity estimate eventually made its way, prominently, into the March Release.

Key Warranties means the representations and warranties contained in Clauses 4.1(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (s) and (u) and Clauses 4.2(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (s) and (u);
Key Warranties means the Business Warranties at paragraphs 5.3, 5.4, 7.1, 14.14, 14.15 and 14.16 of Part 3 of Schedule 5;
Key Warranties means any of the General Warranties in paragraph 1 (Seller related matters), paragraph 2 (Share capital), and paragraphs 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5 (Corporate information) of schedule 2 (General Warranties);
