Kitchen Area definition

Kitchen Area. The kitchen area is a warming and serving kitchen only it is not intended for cooking. Food: Only caterers who have supplied proof of insurance and health department permits to the Fairgrounds Event Manager may be used. It is your responsibility to see that your caterer has sent in the proper paperwork. It is a requirement in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County to have a catering permit issued by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Health Department. Smoking: State of Indiana smoking ban law (HEA 1149, Effective July 1, 2012) forbids smoking in the any Buildings on the fairgrounds. Persons smoking outside of the building per Indiana State law must be 8’ from the entrance and we also ask smokers to dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate places. Parking: Parking is available in the fairground parking lots and on or in the grassy areas.
Kitchen Area. Weekly Cleaning: all countertops, kitchen table, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Sweep and mop floor. Monthly Cleaning: all baseboards, chair railing, doors, and wall photos. Quarterly Cleaning: all blinds, light fixtures, and the inside of all windows. Semi Annual Cleaning: deep clean of flooring. Weekly Cleaning: all mirrors, sinks, toilets (including base), railing, doors, door knobs and baseboards. Sweep and mop floor, load paper dispensers, and check/restock paper products. Bi-Weekly Cleaning: sweep and mop floor, and dust counters. Monthly Cleaning: glass doors and knobs, wall décor, lamps, and chairs. Quarterly Cleaning: ceiling fan Semi Annual Cleaning: deep clean tile flooring. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees that in all aspects of their Duties that he/she/they shall comply with the policies, standards, and regulations of the Client and to the best of their ability.
Kitchen Area floor mopped, counter, stove, refrigerator or any other items used in the kitchen are washed and put up. Restrooms: floor mopped, trash dumped and liners put in cans, urinals and· stools cleaned, minors and sinks cleaned. City will replace paper towels, toilet paper and fill soap dispensers.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Schengen area means the area without internal borders comprising the territories of the Member States as defined in point (a) applying the Schengen acquis in full.
