Kitchen Area. Weekly Cleaning: all countertops, kitchen table, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Sweep and mop floor. Monthly Cleaning: all baseboards, chair railing, doors, and wall photos. Quarterly Cleaning: all blinds, light fixtures, and the inside of all windows. Semi Annual Cleaning: deep clean of flooring. Bathrooms: Weekly Cleaning: all mirrors, sinks, toilets (including base), railing, doors, door knobs and baseboards. Sweep and mop floor, load paper dispensers, and check/restock paper products. Kitchen Area floor mopped, counter, stove, refrigerator or any other items used in the kitchen are washed and put up. Restrooms: floor mopped, trash dumped and liners put in cans, urinals and· stools cleaned, minors and sinks cleaned. City will replace paper towels, toilet paper and fill soap dispensers.
Kitchen Area. The kitchen area is a warming and serving kitchen only it is not intended for cooking. Food: Only caterers who have supplied proof of insurance and health department permits to the Fairgrounds Event Manager may be used. It is your responsibility to see that your caterer has sent in the proper paperwork. It is a requirement in Xxxxxx County to have a catering permit issued by Xxxxxx County Health Department. Smoking: State of Indiana smoking ban law (HEA 1149, Effective July 1, 2012) forbids smoking in the any Buildings on the fairgrounds. Persons smoking outside of the building per Indiana State law must be 8’ from the entrance and we also ask smokers to dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate places. Parking: Parking is available in the fairground parking lots and on or in the grassy areas.

The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Radiation area means any area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of 0.05 mSv (0.005 rem) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from the source of radiation or from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.
