Kiwi Fuelcards definition

Kiwi Fuelcards means Kiwi Fuelcards Limited and includes its successors and assigns and, where not repugnant to the context, the contractors, consultants, employees and agents of Kiwi Fuelcards.

  • Kiwi Fuelcards may vary any or all of the terms of this Agreement at any time.

  • Kiwi Fuelcards may at any time correct any error relating to a transaction on a Card, whether or not the correction is in the Customer’s favour.

Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.
