KKR Capstone means (i) KKR Capstone Americas LLC, KKR Capstone EMEA LLP, KKR Capstone EMEA (International) LLP, KKR Capstone Asia Limited and any other “Capstone” branded entity that provides similar consulting services to the KKR Group and Portfolio Companies and (ii) the direct and indirect parents and subsidiaries of the foregoing.

Examples of KKR Capstone in a sentence

  • As used in this Section 6, “solicit” means to have any direct or indirect communication inviting, advising, encouraging or requesting any Covered Person to terminate his or her employment, engagement, association or other affiliation with the KKR Group or KKR Capstone or recommending or suggesting that a third party take any of the foregoing actions, including by way of identifying such Covered Person to the third party, in each case regardless of who initiated such communication.

  • KKR Capstone operates under several consulting agreements with KKR and uses the "KKR" name under license from KKR.

  • Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.

  • Blackstone means collectively, The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any Affiliate thereof (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund).

  • CD&R Investors means, collectively, (i) CD&R Fund VIII, (ii) CD&R Friends & Family Fund VIII, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, and any successor in interest thereto, and (iii) any Affiliate of any CD&R Investor identified in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition.

  • Management Investors means the officers, directors and employees of Holdings, the Borrower and the Subsidiaries who become investors in Holdings or any of its Parent Entities or in the Borrower.

  • Warburg Pincus CS", "CSAM", "Credit Suisse" or "Credit Suisse Warburg Pincus".

  • BRS means Behavior Rehabilitation Services.

  • Equity Investors means the Sponsors and the Management Stockholders.

  • Management Investor means any Person who is an officer or otherwise a member of management of the Issuer, any of its Subsidiaries or any of its direct or indirect parent companies on the Issue Date, immediately after giving effect to the Transactions.

  • SLP means Silver Lake Management Company III, L.L.C., Silver Lake Management Company IV, L.L.C. and their respective affiliated management companies and investment vehicles.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Wp means Watt Peak.

  • PIPE Investors means those certain investors participating in the PIPE Investment pursuant to the Subscription Agreements.

  • Strategic Investor means a Corporation, partnership or other entity engaged in one or more Telecommunications Businesses that has, or 80% or more of the Voting Stock of which is owned by a Person that has, an equity market capitalization, at the time of its initial Investment in the Company or in a Permitted Joint Venture with the Company, in excess of $2 billion.

  • Ares means Ares Management LLC and its affiliated or managed funds and their respective Affiliates.

  • Advent means Advent International Corporation.

  • Minimum Holding means the minimum number or value of Shares which must be held by Shareholders as specified in the relevant Supplement.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • CPPIB means the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
