Acquisition of Vigdis Knutsen On June 1, 2017, the Partnership’s wholly owned subsidiary, KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS, acquired KNOT Shuttle Tankers 25 (“KNOT 25”), the company that owns the shuttle tanker, the Vigdis Knutsen, from Knutsen NYK.
