KNOT UK definition

KNOT UK has the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
KNOT UK means KNOT Offshore Partners UK LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. “ KNOT Shuttle Tankers ” means KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS, a company organized under the laws of Norway.
KNOT UK means KNOT Offshore Partners UK LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands.
