Known Error definition

Known Error means a Problem that becomes a Known Error when the root cause is known and a temporary workaround or permanent alternative has been identified.

Known Error means a problem that has a documented Root Cause and a Workaround. Known Errors are created and managed throughout their lifecycle by Problem Management.
