Kors Products definition

Kors Products means, as specified in the Addendum relating to each Store, any, some or all, as the case may be, of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and such other products and categories as may hereafter be manufactured and sold under the Trademarks and are specified on an Addendum hereto, with respect to each Store, which (a) are manufactured by or under license from Licensor; (b) are in the condition and with such labels, markings and tags, and no other, as received by the Stores from Licensor or manufacturers or distributors authorized by Licensor, as the case may be; and (c) bear one of the Trademarks.

  • Licensee shall mail or e-mail to Licensor monthly sales reports for each Store and Shop which sets forth sales and returns for each category of Kors Products.

  • After construction and completion of each Store and Shop, Licensee shall actively promote, advertise and sell Kors Products to the public at each Store and Shop.

  • During the design and construction process, Licensee shall, in consultation with Licensor, develop a business plan for each Store reflecting anticipated sales of Kors Products by category and department.

  • Make available to Licensee, on the terms set forth in the Agreement, a reasonable number of copies of advertising and promotional material generally made available by Licensor to Stores in connection with the sale and promotion of Kors Products; such material may, to the extent deemed appropriate or proper by Licensor, in its sole discretion, incorporate mention of each or any of the Stores.

  • Licensee shall not sell any Kors Products at any Store except at Retail.
