Kuleana land definition

Kuleana land means those lands granted to native tenants pursuant to L. 1850, p. 202 entitled "An Act Confirming Certain Resolutions of the King and Privy Council, Passed on the 21st Day of December, A.D. 1849, Granting to the Common People Allodial Titles for Their Own Lands and House Lots, and Certain Other Privileges", as originally enacted and amended.

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future.   • Golf Course means the 18 hole golf course constructed on the Pearl Valley Estate;

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;
