Labour Contract definition

Labour Contract means the individual labour contract to be entered into between the Company and any of its employees, excluding Seconded Personnel.
Labour Contract means an employment contract prepared pursuant to section 3;

Labour Contract means the individual labour contract in substantially the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between the JV Company and each Senior Management Personnel and/or each Working Personnel.
