Collective Bargaining Agreement definition

Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.
Collective Bargaining Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.17(a).

More Definitions of Collective Bargaining Agreement

Collective Bargaining Agreement means an agreement entered into as a result of collective bargaining pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;
