Collective Bargaining Agreement definition

Collective Bargaining Agreement means any written or oral agreement, memorandum of understanding or other contractual obligation between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any labor organization or other authorized employee representative representing Service Providers.

Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract between a Person that is an employer and a labor organization or labor union.

Collective Bargaining Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.17(a).

• This assignment, authorization and direction shall remain in effect and be irrevocable, and shall be continued automatically, unless the ARTIST revokes it by giving written notice to the EMPLOYER and AGMA by registered mail not more than 30 days and not less than 15 days prior to the expiration of each successive one-year period or of each successive Collective Bargaining Agreement, whichever occurs sooner.

More Definitions of Collective Bargaining Agreement

For purposes of this Policy, a collective bargaining agreement does not include a card check agreement as defined herein.
