Collective Bargaining Agreement definition

Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.

Collective Bargaining Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.17(a).

Collective Bargaining Agreement means an agreement entered into as a result of collective bargaining pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;

Collective Bargaining Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b).

Collective Bargaining Agreement as used herein shall mean the collective bargaining agreement or agreements in force and effective between the respective Unions and Employers from time to time.
