LAC Shareholders definition

LAC Shareholders means all persons holding LAC Common Shares, whether registered or beneficial (unless otherwise specified) at the applicable time and "LAC Shareholder" means any one of them; and
LAC Shareholders means the holders of LAC Shares;

  • Each Party will cause the Circular to be prepared and delivered in compliance, in all material respects, with the Interim Order and Applicable Laws, and provide the LAC Shareholders with sufficient information to permit the LAC Shareholders to form a reasoned judgment concerning the matters to be placed before the Meeting.

  • In addition to any other restrictions under the OBCA, none of the following shall be entitled to exercise Dissent Rights: (ii) LAC Awardholders, and (iii) LAC Shareholders who vote or have instructed a proxyholder to vote such LAC Shares in favour of the LAC Arrangement Resolution, (but only in respect of such LAC Shares).

  • Registered LAC Shareholders should carefully read the accompanying Circular before completing this Letter of Transmittal.

  • Company Shareholders means holders of Company Shares.

  • Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.
