Land Motor Vehicle definition

Land Motor Vehicle means any vehicle including: automobile, truck, hybrid, tractor, farm vehicle, OHV, scooter, motorcycle, moped, midget automobile, including the type commonly referred to as a go-cart, dune buggy, all-terrain vehicle, speed-mobile or by a comparable name, whether commercially built or otherwise, trailer, semi-trailer designed for travel on public roads (including any machinery or apparatus attached thereto), snowmobiles, golf carts or riding lawn mowers, whether required to be licensed or not by the State.
