Large Middle Market Loan Asset definition

Large Middle Market Loan Asset means any Loan Asset that is a First Lien Loan Asset that does not qualify as a Broadly Syndicated Loan Asset and that, as of the Cut-Off Date for such Loan Asset, (i) has a Tranche Size of at least $200,000,000 and (ii) the Obligor of which has a trailing 12-month EBITDA of $50,000,000 or greater.
Large Middle Market Loan Asset means any Loan Asset that meets the definition ofTraditional Middle Market Loan” and additionally, as of the related Cut-Off Date, has (i) a facility size of $150,000,000 or greater, (ii) trailing twelve month EBITDA as of the Cut-Off Date of at least $35,000,000 and (iii) is held by three (3) or more non-affiliated lenders. For avoidance of doubt, the reference to “facility size” in clause (i) hereof includes any funded and unfunded commitments of any delayed draw tranche included in such facility so long as such delayed draw tranche is documented under the same Loan Agreement, is pari passu with, and has the same stated maturity as, the associated term facility and is to the facility currently held or contemplated for purchase by the Borrower.
Large Middle Market Loan Asset means any Loan Asset that is a First Lien Loan Asset that does not qualify as a Broadly Syndicated Loan Asset and that, as of the Cut-Off Date for such Loan Asset, (i) has a Tranche Size of at least $200,000,000 and (ii) the Obligor of which has a trailing 12-month EBITDA of $75,000,000 or greater.

Related to Large Middle Market Loan Asset

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-1 Securitization.

  • Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 13.

  • Note A-1 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-1 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-1 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-1 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which any Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage Loan Documents have not been delivered to the Custodian.
