Large Municipalities definition

Large Municipalities means those municipalities identified in Schedule A.
Large Municipalities means those Municipalities with a 2006 National Census data population of 500,000 or more including the Regional Municipalities of Durham, Peel and York and the Cities of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Mississauga and Ottawa.
