Large Supplier definition

Large Supplier means a Supplier with at least 250,000 electricity Customers, or at least 250,000 gas customers;
Large Supplier means a supplier or vendor, including licensors of software and other technology, that in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 or the three month period ended March 31, 2018, was one of the 20 largest suppliers or vendors to the Acquired Entities collectively, based on amounts paid or payable during such periods.
Large Supplier shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.26.

More Definitions of Large Supplier

Large Supplier means an Energy Supplier which, at the time it is necessary to assess its status, supplies electricity and/or gas to more than 250,000 RMPs. Law means any law (including the common law), statute, statutory instrument, regulation, instruction, direction, rule, condition or requirement (in each case) of any Competent Authority (or of any authorisation, licence, consent, permit or approval of any Competent Authority).
