Three Month Period definition

Three Month Period means each period commencing on each February 2, May 2, August 2 and November 2 and ending on (and including) May 1, August 1, November 1 and February 1, respectively (or on the date of a final distribution pursuant to Section 13).
Three Month Period means each consecutive 3 (three) month period calculated as from the Effective Date onwards and where the remedy period extends beyond the Three Month Period in which the breach in question occurred, that breach shall be reckoned in the following Three Month Period.
Three Month Period means each period of three consecutive months, the first of which begins on the Closing Date and ends on the same date of the third calendar month thereafter, and each subsequent one of which ends on the same date of the third calendar month after the prior such period ended.
